1. Program and operator
Civic Casuals Recruiting Updates is operated by Civic Casuals LLC. Program messages concern relevant part-time opening information, application acknowledgment or status, recruiting follow-up, and interview scheduling. This recruiting program does not send apparel promotions.
2. Enrollment and consent
You enroll by entering a mobile number on the Careers application and affirmatively checking the separate SMS consent box, which is unchecked by default. Consent is optional and not a condition of applying. Provide only a number you own or control.
3. Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with your recruiting activity. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Civic Casuals LLC does not assess a separate SMS fee.
4. Opt out
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT are also honored. One final confirmation may follow, after which no program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
5. Help
Reply HELP or email john@civiccasuals.com. Do not send Social Security numbers, driver's license information, financial data, or passwords by text.
6. Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on network and device availability and is not guaranteed. Carrier support and program availability can change.
7. Privacy
Mobile numbers, SMS enrollment records, and consent information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Review our Privacy Policy and general Terms & Conditions.
8. Updates
We may revise these terms and will post the current effective date. Material changes will be handled as required by applicable rules.
